Craig Burke
Craig focuses his practice on estate planning, estate administration, uncontested divorce, and real estate assessment appeals. He is known for being a diligent advocate and a trusted advisor, guiding clients with clarity, compassion, and unwavering attention to detail.
Craig and his wife live in Wallingford, Delaware County, and spend many weekends in Wildwood, New Jersey. Licensed in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey, he offers seamless representation to clients on either side of the state line.
Before joining KHB Law Group, Craig gained hands on experience in Pennsylvania’s First Judicial District in Philadelphia, serving in the Orphans’ Court Division under the Honorable George W. Overton. There, he reviewed settlement agreements and judicial orders, processed decrees, and participated in pre trial conferences and hearings — experience that now informs his steady, knowledgeable approach to client matters.

Dan Kearney
With nearly four decades of legal and business experience, Dan Kearney brings seasoned judgment, strategic insight, and practical problem solving to the clients he serves. At KHB Law Group, Dan represents individuals, families, and small to mid sized businesses in a wide range of matters, with a focus on business law, contract negotiation and dispute resolution, and real estate transactions.
Dan is known for his high energy, people first approach. He is passionate about helping clients overcome complex legal, operational, and personal challenges, and he works closely with business owners and leadership teams to identify risks, protect their interests, and move their organizations forward with confidence.
A lifelong member of the Delaware County community, Dan was raised in Ridley Park, where his family owned and operated two nursing homes. His first job—working as a janitor at Ross Manor Nursing Home, now the residential development known as Kearney Place—instilled in him a strong work ethic and a deep appreciation for community. Today, he considers it a privilege to provide legal services in the place he has always called home. He and his wife have proudly raised three children in Delaware County.
Dan’s career includes leadership roles in both large law firms and in house business environments. He has advised companies across diverse industries and at every stage of growth, from early stage startups to Fortune 500 corporations. His executive side experience gives him a strong risk reward perspective and a practical understanding of how legal decisions impact business operations, communication, and long term strategy.
Bob Hershman
Bob Hershman is a dedicated advocate who offers practical guidance and strong representation in both litigated and transactional matters. His work includes estate planning, estate administration, contract disputes, and personal injury cases—areas where clients value clarity, compassion, and steady legal leadership.
Bob is known for the relationships he builds with his clients. He takes the time to understand each person’s goals and sees his role as providing clear, effective solutions during what can often be stressful moments. With years of experience, he has learned how to achieve successful outcomes through open communication and careful attention to the legal process.
A longtime member of the Delaware County community, Bob has worked here since 2005 and has proudly called it home with his wife for more than a decade.
Before joining KHB Law Group, Bob spent nearly twenty years representing national retailers, school bus companies, and other businesses in a wide range of litigation matters. That background gives him a deep understanding of how cases are built, evaluated, and resolved; knowledge he now uses to protect and guide the individuals he serves.
